I just placed an order today; when can I expect my order?

The processing and shipping time frames are as follows for orders shipping within the US:

• Standard: 10-14 business days (14-21 business days outside the US)
• Expedited: 5-7 business days (This option is not available for for addresses outside the US)

What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned at customer expense with a 20 percent restocking fee within 14 days of receipt. Returned items will be inspected and an in-store credit will be issued that can be used towards future purchases. Due to the personal nature of items sold, opened items cannot be returned.

My package shows delivered but I don't see it; what's up with that??

I know how frustrating it can be to receive the notification that your package has been delivered but is not in your mailbox. Per the USPS website, it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive your package from when they mark the package as delivered.
